Due to environmental protection and hygiene reasons, paper bags are widely used in flour packaging, salt and sugar packaging. Our square bottom paper bag making machine is suitable for the production of mainstream small capacity paper bags in the food packaging market, such as 0.5kg, 1kg, 2kg, 5kg and 10kg paper bags. Our square bottom paper bag machine can realize the following three kinds of bottom patterns for paper bags. Flour paper bags often adopt the first paper bag bottom style, which has larger gluing area, so it has stronger strength and stronger sealing for flour packaging safely.

The 20kg, 25kg and 50kg flour paper bags on the market are multi-layer paper, and the size is larger, which is not suitable for our machine. It is similar to the cement bag, so it is not introduced here too much. However, 5kg and 10kg paper bags often have double-layer paper requirements. Based on the characteristics of our machine, the total weight of paper must be less than 150gsm. We have added an unwinding (auto tension control system and EPC) and gluing device on the basis of the standard to meet the requirements of all kinds of double-layer paper, which can be roughly divided into two ways: one is mechanical and the other is the servo.
